    Ready to serve for the next decade: Panavia signed MET 28 and 30 Contracts with NETMA

    Panavia Aircraft GmbH has signed major contracts with NATO Eurofighter and Tornado Management Agency (NETMA) to update the German Tornado.

    The objective of MET 30 Contract  is the integration of the new Weapon, Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) on the German Tornado fleet and will provide the latest standard of SEAD-X capability.

    With the contract signature of MET 28, effective by April 2020, the starting signal is given to develop an integrated retrofit and embodyment plan for the entire GAF Tornado fleet.

    These agreements demonstrate the commitment by all Parties in achieving continued efficiency on the GE Tornado aircraft and ensuring long-term support for the sustainability of platform.
